I felt tremendously at home with Andrea and his family and made very good friends with other Worldpackers. I must say that the first days I had to get used to the rhythm of southern Italy. But after a while it became easier. The surroundings are fantastic! Speaking Italian is not a must, but if you have the opportunity try to lay a foundation that makes it a lot easier. Andrea is very friendly and open and is willing to help you with whatever you need. Are you ready to let go, be open, relax, but also develop yourself? Then you should go!

Agricampeggio the camping was one of the best experiences that I've ever had! I truly felt myself as being part of Andrea's family. They all are fantastic and energetic people, always smiling and sharing their good vibes with you. The hours and shifts were well defined and I have the lucky of working with other awesome volunteer that made my summer even better in this fantastic place! I truly recommend this place if you're a disruptive person and wants to get in touch with a simple way of living, inside the Salento culture and nature. Andrea, rafa, Mati, mayla, marcella: I have no words to say 🤍

My experience in the camping was simply unforgettable. I will carry with me all the things this place and the people brought me. The whole family embraced us as a family and respected each volunteer. Plus, the dynamic of the group of volunteers was really good, we discussed the time shift and each respected the timetable. We have met many locals, many people from all parts of Italy, learned how to cook local food, ate home grown vegetables, saw many good souls and moments. I'm just thankful for everything 💜

Volunteering at the camping was an incredible experience. The environment is incredibly calm and there is no stress, such a relaxing trip. Andrea was happy to take us to the beautiful nature nearby and always made sure we were happy. 10/10 would do it again and wish I had stayed longer.

This was an amazing experience and something I will remember the rest of my life! Andrea and his family are very kind and treated us with so much care and generosity. I always felt safe at Camp the camping and it now feels like a second home to me. Otranto is a beautiful city with a lot of cool views to see, like the water and rocks at Sant'Andrea and the historical buildings throughout town. I learned a lot through working on the site and enjoyed seeing how everything operated around camp. I loved being in the middle of nature and felt calm and relaxed when walking around. I am very grateful :)

It's a never-ending story if I write about my wonderful experience in the camp. Andrea, Raffaella, the kids and our friends (cats and dogs) are amazing and very friendly and welcoming, I thank them too much for always be aware of what you need to eat and live. The camp is great, sorrunded by nature and you learn a lot of things by doing the fun tasks that you have to do. Thank you very much!! :)

Raffaella, Andrea and their children gave us the warmest welcome. They provided us with everything we needed and made sure that our stay was always pleasant and relaxing. They made sure that every single day was special, giving us different types of tasks, bringing us to places around the region of Otranto and showing us the typical food. The camp is in the nature in a very peaceful environment surrounded by many different plants, trees and animals, so there is always something new to discover. Thank you very much for such a great experience.

It was my first solo travel and first time with worldpackers and I absolutely don't regret it. I lived great weeks in which I learned many things. Andrea and his family are amazing people, they make you feel as part of their family and like at home, I thank them one more time for everything. Beaches there are just awesome and little towns or cities like Otranto, Santa Cesarea, etc too. Work is quiet easy too. Don't hesitate to go in the camping, it's an experience that can change you.

I couldn't have a better experience than I had here. Andrea, Raffa and their family taught me so many things and made me feel at home. Come here is an opportunity that you have to embrace with an open heart and willing to learn a lot about all kinds of things. The work is easy to learn and Andrea is always very nice and easy going . My time in Italy wouldn't have been the same without what I lived here in Africampeggio the camping !
