Working with Haide was the worst experience we had since working with volunteers. First we have 2 employees and mostly 3 to 4 volunteers on top. Working hours, as agreed with the team, are 26hours...4 days a week and 3 days off. So far, everyone is happy...
If you like to work with someone, who dosent like to work in exchange for food and a bed, Haide is the perfect match. If you don't care if the one supposed to make the breakfast for your guests is still sleeping, Haide is the perfect match...if you like answers, to multiple time questions like "why didn't you do this" ,or "where have you been", that goes like, "you know I am a social media influencer and I am working on 3 different platforms, and I was really tired so I felt to sleep"..."yeah, I could, but I really don't like to do this work", perfect match again. Working with a Diva like Haide perfectly enojed every other member of the staff, so the thing that he just left, or better run away, was actually very good.
We appreciate to work with volunteers because I did that too when I was younger. It is a perfect way for young folks to travel, exchange ideas and knowledge, to experience a country differently then as a tourist.
But some people are misusing platforms like this here to try to make a cheap holiday and don't really care about the commitment you made when you apply.
And when you, as a host, have to ask s person to leave because we don't like to get cheated on, then you have to face a funny review like Haides.
