Definitely recommended if you wanna visit Tokyo!🗼 The tasks are pretty easy and the working hours very flexible, so you have plenty of time to visit the city🤩 Also I got along very well with the other travelers, so we had a great time together🙌🏼 Totally recommended!

Absolutely amazing way to spend some time in Tokyo the work is very easy and very flexible so you have loads of free time even on working days to explore around. Work hours get respected and its possible to make arrangements with other volunteers to get 3 days off for a week if you want to go somewhere.

This was my second time in Komae and I really feel here is like my home. The work is not much only two hours in a day. Komae is so much peaceful and the team is always helpful. Big thanks to Kaz and team, I will come here again in summer too :)

I had good experience staying in Komae. All was good except the place where I was staying. I didn't expect 5 star hotel. But having cockroaches in the kitchen and toilet are not something I was expecting😞 Make sure you bring some spare clothes, as you will be cleaning a lot with the bleach- I've ruined some of my clothes because of it… other than that host is a nice guy. It's close to the train station and convenience shops. Just because of the accommodation - I will give only a 3 stars.

I spent three months in A&B house in Komae and it was a great experience, to the point that I would surely try to be back. About the work, it's well managed, not too stressful but the owner cares a lot to have everything clean, so it requires the right commitment. Nevertheless, you have a lot of time to explore Tokyo and to immerse yourself in the Japanese culture! Strongly suggested.
