The experience

Sociable person to greet guests with a smile, answer all questions and help keep the hostel organized.
Tasks include:
Manage reservation platform: know the estimated arrival and departure of guests
Manage guest payments
Know the tours we offer and what to do around Sarande
Answer guests questions
Respond within 12h to hostel emails
Daily/nightly lights, AC and noise level check
Cooking for staff, in turns, with the provided goods


What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.


What you get

1 day off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Intermediate English

Over 20 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa


Program Details

During low season there are very little to no guests here. The job in low season mainly consists of projects like:

Taking care of the plants, keeping the place ventilated and perforiming routine checks on all areas.


Activities & Shift

Shifts are 5 hours and are allocated once a week on a team meeting
