I just want to express how great of a time I had volunteering at the hostel. Definitely one of the best hostels I've volunteered at. Had such great times and great memories volunteering\working with the staff and other volunteer co-workers along with having fun with the traveling guests that come and go here at this hostel going out clubbing and other hostel activities. Just want to thank Felipe and Dalton, the owners of the hostel for choosing me to come and volunteer to share that vision of what the hostel is about. I'm definitely gonna miss this place and can't wait to come back

It was my first volunteering experience and I don't think that I will ever find a better one than this. Everything about the hostel was amazing the staff, the facilities, the location, the energy absolutely everything! I enjoyed my stay so much that I ended up extending and I can confidently say that I'll definitely come back to this hostel. Work hours are respected and the tasks at the bar are fun, it doesn't feel like you are working at all. I would recommend it to everybody!

I had a great time at the hostel. I met so many nice people. The cleaning tasks were not difficult but could be laborious at times. Overall, it was a very good experience and I could recommend to anyone.

The hostel offered me the best volunteer experience that I could have imagined! The staff is the best part of the hostel, we all became a very good team both for work but also during our free time. We all enjoyed drinks at the bar, free tours, going to the beach together, hiking, free parties in clubs as a volunteer, but some days also chilling and watching a movie together in the living room💕 It is a lot going on at the hostel all the time, so I would totally recommend this stay for someone that likes to meet new people and be very socially active! You Will make friends for life✨

What an experience! From the first minute when I arrived I felt welcome and excited! the hostel has a very energetic vibe and you are guaranteed to always have something to do and someone to do it with. The owners are great people and extremely accommodating. Your responsibilities are laid out for you in the beginning and then you are trusted to do the work - nobody constantly breathing down your neck. Working in the bar was also a great experience. I am grateful that the hostel gave me a chance and that I had the privilege of volunteering there. I'LL BE BACK! Obrigado é the hostel!

Our stay at the hostel might just be our number one experience in life so far. Might sound a bit exaggerated but honestly, I don't think anything can top the amount of fun and the amount of friends we made there. the hostel is an oasis in the hectic city life of Rio. It has the vibe of a big family throwing house parties together every night in the best possible way. I can't thank Felipe and the others enough. Recommend it to anyone. Be prepared for a social environment and the time of your life.

Like many others, I was scared and nervous about coming to Brazil Rio de Janeiro, but the moment I arrived at the hostel, I felt at home, super social with the Best Vibes. The other world packers were cool; I felt like a family for some time. I will comeback for sure! If you like to surf and already have some experience is the best because the boards are really good and is super close to one of the best beaches for surfing. the hostel!!!

The hostel is nice and offers many activities every day, which is a positive point. However, the missions between the worldpackers are very unequal. Cleaning is by far the most difficult and least rewarding. Some of the staff weren't very nice to me. Finally, the main problem: I wouldn't recommend this experience if you're not fluent in Portuguese or Spanish. It was very difficult to integrate with the rest of the staff who didn't speak a word of English. It's still an interesting mission to meet the hostel's guests.

I had a good time working at the hostel. The rotas are sent in advance, and you can request to have your days off with other volunteers. The work hours were always as agreed, and they were very understanding and flexible when I was ill and couldn't work one of my shifts. All the benefits advertised were available to us, including breakfast - you will get bread and coffee. It is easy to make friends because the hostel is very sociable. The location of the hostel is great, close to the beach and lots of shops. It is in a favela but this didn't cause any issues for me. Thank you for everything❤️
