I had a very nice time at the hostel and stayed for 2 months. I met incredible people there, both volunteers and guests which contributed to my experience! It is a very lively, social place and very welcoming! Plus it is super well located, in Copacabana not so far from Ipanema as well. Felipe is very attentive and caring, making sure you have the best time there. I worked at Breakfast, which gave me plenty of time to discover Rio in the afternoons and to have all my evenings free. Thank you again to the hostel team for having me, I'll be back :)

Absolutely loved it staying at the hostel. It is very well-located with all the amenities you can need readily available. The staff were all welcoming and very open to frequent communication if I had any questions, but also even just to recreationally socialise outside working hours also. There was always some activity to do so the atmosphere was very lively and enjoyable and this also means it was easy to get to know people and make friends. The work hours were very reasonable and were accommodating when unforeseen circumstances popped up. Highly recommend it.

I had the most incredible time at the hostel. This is the best volunteering I've ever done! The environment is so welcoming and fun to be around. I've made life long friends here with the volunteers, staff and guests. I would love to come back one day.

The hostel is great, lively and full of energy. The staff and owners are kind and always willing to help. The hostel is comfortable and social. This experience is all about enjoying Rio's life, especially the nightlife, because there's not much time to rest! (As for the work, just make sure you choose your position wisely, as some roles can be a bit tedious.) I enjoyed my time there! 💗

I had a great time volunteering at the hostel! The team was super friendly and welcoming and Felipe was always supportive and easy to communicate with. The hostel vibe is super lively with parties, free tours and so many opportunities to connect with people from all over the world. My tasks (photography, video making ...) were not only fun but also gave me the chance to be creative and learn new things. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone I had such a beautiful time, made unforgettable memories and even built some real friendships along the way.

I didn't expect such a wonderful first experience as a volunteer. It was truly enriching. Felipe, Dalton, and the whole staff are very welcoming and friendly people. This experience at the hostel will stay with me forever. I met some of the most amazing people who became like a second family to me. The Hostel itself is fantastic! Every day offers new activities and opportunities to connect with fellow travelers and volunteers. Additionally, Felipe, Dalton, and the entire team are wonderful. They genuinely care and are always ready to help with anything you need. Their warmth and support made all the difference in making this experience so memorable. Within my first 15 minutes at the hostel, I'd already made friends with half of the staff despite being complete strangers. I think that's the essence of this experience: you just need eye contact with someone and the next day you will be visiting the city with them. Great vibes, feel of warm, incredible staff: this was my first WP experience and I will always care for my fellow friends and volunteers that I met during these weeks. Felipe was a great host and he was always avaible in case of help. And Lulu… she will be in my heart forever! Rio will always have a special place in my soul.

I just finished one month at the hostel. I had a lot of fun, met so many beautiful people and saw so many cool places! As for work, I cleaned for 6 hours a day, 4 days a week. The work was definitely doable and not extremely hard. The other staff is also always open to questions and help you where needed. Besides the work, you get a lot of benefits as a volunteer when it comes to discounts on party's, drinks and food. The hostel is a really easy place to meet other international people but locals as well. Dalton and Felipe are great owners who really want you to have a good time, so BIG LOVE!!
