The experience

Are you a friendly, outgoing person who loves meeting new people?

We’re looking for someone to join us at the reception, where you’ll be the welcoming face for our guests. Your main duties will include check-ins, check-outs, responding to emails and messages, and solving any issues that pop up.

What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

3 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Parties: Get discounts at nearby parties and clubs.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Requirements

Intermediate Portuguese and Intermediate English

Between 21 and 33 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
