My time at the hostel was just amazing. I was immediately welcomed with open arms and everyone was sooo nice. This place really became my home and the staff and other volunteers now are like close friends or family to me. The shifts can feel long, but are still very chill. The food there is just amazing, especially the pizza. I can't wait to come back 🤍

It was my second time at the hostel and it won't be my last! The whole team is truly lovely and Ray is way more than a manager, she is an amazing friend!💗 We became a family, we celebrated Christmas together and went skydiving(!!). I already miss my darlings and cannot wait to see them again! 🫂

I stayed for two months, and it truly became a place I will always carry with me. From the very first day, I felt welcomed. There is something incredibly special about the atmosphere here. The people are the heart of this place. It felt like a small family very fast :). I've met amazing people here and even made friends for life. The experience itself was so much more than i expected. I'm deeply grateful for the time I spent here, for the people i've met and for everything i've learned along the way. If you're looking for a place that feels kind and full of heart, this is it.

I had a truly amazing time at the hostel! Everyone was incredibly welcoming and lovely from the moment I walked in. I met so many wonderful people and made connections full of heart and joy! It was my first volunteering experience and I couldn't recommend it more!! Lisbon is beautiful and even though it took the sun a while to bless us, as soon as it did my heart was stolen. I will be back for sure and am already looking forward to seeing everyone again! 🌞🫶🏻 A special thanks to all the lovely ladies who made everyday as bright as possible! P.s. : Layla the best ;)

I had a great experience. The hostel is very well located, the included meals are delicious, and on top of that there's a weekly allowance that helps a lot if you're traveling. The work is easy but long, so it's not for the lazy people for sure you have to be dedicated and I highly recommend it. Lisbon was also a great break for me to reconnect with my language, Brazilian people, and culture. Thank you, Ray, and everyone else for this month.

I really enjoyed my experience here, the staff's comfort is always prioritized and Ray handles everything with professionalism and urgency. Everyone is super nice and welcoming, I always felt included! The tiramisu was the cherry on top made by the excellent kitchen staff Gopi and Javi! :)

The best hostel. I was doing reception and they trained me well, gave me all the information I needed. The staff is very friendly, the experience was lively. I met so many great people during my stay and I will forever cherish this experience! The pizza and breakfast was the best.
