The experience
This position focuses on coordinating camp tasks. We require you to be a proactive, service-oriented, creative person with a great love for nature. This is a program focused on nature conservation; therefore, the applicant for this job must be a person who loves nature and is able to adapt to living in a wild environment. What you offer

Animal Care:
Help look after and take care of animals.
Social Work:
Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.
Farming:
Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Requirements
Intermediate Spanish or Intermediate English
Between 25 and 60 years old
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details
The tasks that participants in this program undertake are as follows: 1. Assigning tasks to volunteers. This is done weekly on a whiteboard where daily tasks are assigned to all participants.
2. Ensuring that program participants are comfortable and that planned activities are carried out on schedule.
3. Planning recreational activities to foster a positive atmosphere at the camp.
4. Coordinating participants' arrival dates and preparing their rooms. 5. Giving orientation talks to new participants.
6. Participating in activities such as animal monitoring and night patrols.
Activities & Shift
The shifts vary depending on the season. Daytime tasks include beach cleaning, community service, trail maintenance, and animal monitoring, among others. The morning shift is from 9:00 to 11:00 AM and the afternoon shift is from 2:00 to 5:00 PM. Night patrols are conducted in two shifts: from 8:00 PM to midnight and from midnight to 4:00 AM.
Rules
Consuming alcohol or any illicit drugs is prohibited within the camp; furthermore, the aforementioned substances cannot have been consumed before performing the tasks established in the program.
Sexual harassment or harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited. In addition, racism or any attitude that affects participants in the program is also prohibited.
