Multi-Task volunteer for a family Farm, B&B and Agricamping 🌱🏕️
The experience
We are a small rural agriturismo in a remote and wild area of northern Sardinia. We run a family-owned agricultural project 🌱 that is authentic, rural, dynamic, and welcoming. Ethics and inclusivity are core values in our daily life ✨.
This is a hands-on volunteer position for people ready to actively support the day-to-day operations of the farm and farmstay.
This is a contribution-focused experience, not a holiday stay.
What you offer
30 hours of help per week
Cleaning:
Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Building & Repairing:
Help with a wide range of repairs or building.
Farming:
Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.
Gardening:
Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Description:
I volontari contribuiscono con 15 euro a settimana a coprire le spese di mantenimento e i consumi (acqua, cibo per la cena, elettricitĂ , ecc.)
Volunteers contribute €15 per week to help cover maintenance and utility costs (water, dinner food, electricity, etc.)
What you get
1 day off per week
Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Tent:
You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.
Free Hiking Tours:
We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!
Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
Basic Internet Access:
Basic speed internet for you to work remotely
Requirements
Fluent English or Beginner Italian
Between 23 and 50 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details
Every day can be different — and that’s a great opportunity to learn many new skills. This is a practical, hands-on role, and flexibility is important. Below are the daily tasks, followed by occasional duties that may be required when needed.
Activities & Shift
Daily tasks:
Agricamping: cleaning and keeping bathrooms and shared spaces tidy, welcoming guests, helping with check-in, providing information and being a point of reference for the guests
Garden & vegetable patch: caring for and maintaining the garden and vegetable beds, harvesting fruits and vegetables when ready
Occasional / on-request tasks:
(not daily, but may be required depending on needs)
Kitchen: occasionally (maximum once a week): washing dishes and helping keep the kitchen clean
Guest rooms: occasionally (maximum once a week): cleaning guest rooms
Waste management: occasionally helping with sorting and managing the farm’s waste
30 hours per week, with 1 day off
Rules
This is a responsibility-based volunteer position and comes with real responsibilities. To make sure the experience works well for everyone, we ask all volunteers to respect the following rules and expectations:
- Volunteers are expected to be reliable, punctual and responsible in their daily tasks.
- A positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to help where needed are essential.
- This is not a holiday: please apply only if you are ready for hands-on participation and shared responsibilities.
- Respect for the hosts, other volunteers, guests, animals and the natural environment is required at all times.
- Volunteers are expected to follow house rules, safety guidelines and instructions given by the hosts.
- Open communication is important: if there is a problem or concern, we expect volunteers to talk to us about it respectfully.
- Alcohol and drug use during scheduled activity hours is not allowed.
- This is a shared living space: everyone is responsible for keeping common areas clean and tidy.
