Activities & Shift
Your Daily Responsibilities:🍽️ Serving Meals & Beverages
Take orders from guests with attention to detail
Deliver food and drinks from kitchen/bar to tables promptly
Ensure proper presentation and guest satisfaction
Make menu recommendations when asked
Handle special requests professionally
🎉 Entertaining Guests
Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly atmosphere
Engage in light conversation and provide excellent hospitality
Answer questions about our venue, menu, and local area
Ensure guests feel valued and well-cared for throughout their visit
Help create the "wow" factor that defines our brand
🏊♂️ Swimming Pool Service
Serve drinks and snacks to poolside guests
Maintain cleanliness of pool deck area
Set up and maintain poolside seating and bed seats
Monitor pool area to ensure guest comfort
Deliver towels and amenities as needed
🎱 Pool Table Area
Keep games area tidy and welcoming
Assist guests who want to play
Serve drinks to guests in the entertainment area
Create a fun, social atmosphere
🧹 General Duties
Clear and reset tables efficiently between guests
Maintain cleanliness of all service areas
Assist with opening/closing procedures
Restock service stations (napkins, utensils, menus)
Support team members during busy periods
Light cleaning and organization
Work Schedule:
Shift Time: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (4 hours nightly)
Work Days: 6 days per week
Day Off: 1 day off per week (rotating schedule)
Total Hours: 24 hours per week
Rules
Dress Code & Appearance:
👕 Must wear provided uniform during all shifts
Uniform will be given to you upon arrival
Must be clean and well-presented
Closed-toe shoes required (for safety)
Hair tied back neatly if long
Minimal jewelry
Clean, professional appearance at all times
Punctuality & Attendance:
⏰ Must arrive on time for every shift
Arrive by 5:50 PM to prepare for 6:00 PM shift start
Late arrival disrupts service and affects the team
If sick or unable to work, notify management immediately (at least 2 hours before shift)
Unreliability or repeated lateness may result in end of exchange
Professional Conduct:
✔️ Treat all guests with respect, courtesy, and professionalism
✔️ Maintain positive attitude even during busy or stressful periods
✔️ No phone use during shift (except emergencies)
✔️ No eating or drinking in guest areas during service
✔️ Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
✔️ No alcohol consumption before or during shifts
✔️ Respect all team members and work collaboratively
✔️ Take direction from management willingly
Guest Service Standards:

⭐ Never argue with guests - bring concerns to management

Facility Respect:
🏠 Keep accommodation clean and tidy
🏠 Respect quiet hours in living areas
🏠 No guests in staff accommodation without permission
🏠 Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately
🏠 Follow all house rules for communal spaces
Communication:
📱 Respond to messages from management promptly
📱 Communicate openly about any problems or concerns
📱 Give at least 1 week notice if you need to leave early
📱 Attend any scheduled team meetings
