The guest house is located in Tamraght in a really nice and calm house. As volunteers, we had our own bathroom and plenty of space. There was quite a lot to do, but feedback was always welcomed, and we received a lot in return. Unfortunately, I had to end my stay early due to a surf skate accident. However, Dalil took great care of me and even accompanied me to the hospital. A huge thank-you again! The food was super delicious, and I'd love to come back again at some point ☺️🙏🇲🇦!

I loved my time at the guest house! The team is super warm and welcoming from the jump and the accomodation, food, surf and yoga is all incredible! It's a well organised job and the hours aren't too long, you get a lot in return for the work. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking to learn more about Moroccan culture and to explore the town of Tamraght. I will miss the whole team!!

I absolutely loved my stay at the guest house. They treat volunteers with so much respect, and truly value the help we bring to the team. You're always on duty but it feels like you're just one big family, so it makes the work feel a bit lighter. You have plenty of time to surf/ practice yoga/ & hang out with the guests or other volunteers. The days off your able to go to other cities but nothing too far since it's only one day off. Honestly, most of the time you may end up wanting to stay at the guest house anyways 😊. The whole team is what truly makes the experience. Highly highly recommend!!

It's been an amazing time volunteering at MSC. I felt warmly welcomed from day one. Everyone from the team is incredibly kind and open to share their culture. The work exchange is very fair, with manageable and well-structured tasks ranging from setting up the table to cleaning after the meals. I particularly enjoyed preparing after surf snacks for the guests. The food at the guest house is the best I had in Morocco. One of my favorite part was definitely joining the surf classes whenever there was time and space. I can highly recommend this place to everyone who's looking for a home away from home.

I had a great experience at the guest house! The atmosphere was very international, which made the cultural exchange even more enriching. What I appreciated the most was the strong sense of collaboration among the team and the friendly, welcoming people that made up the group. A real sense of community was created during my stay. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need to feel comfortable. What is offered to volunteers is fair and generous, especially considering the location and quality of the place. I'm grateful for the time spent here and would definitely recommend it.

Volunteering at the guest house was such a unique and unforgettable experience. The whole team working there is sooo amazing—it truly feels like a second home now. The shifts are well-organized, with a clear checklist to follow. The whole setup is such a masterpiece that you always know exactly what to do. The deal is incredible—you can join surf and yoga classes, and the included meals were honestly great. The Darija classes were a true highlight, helping us connect more deeply with the local culture. I really can't thank them enough for this beautiful time!

I had an amazing time! The shifts were well-organized with clear to-do lists, making everything smooth and efficient. It was a great deal, we received surf lessons, yoga classes, and had access to surfboards and skateboards. And, all meals were included. The team was super welcoming from day one, creating a friendly atmosphere. They were also flexible to adjust our shifts. One of the highlights was the Darija class, a really nice touch that connected us more with the local culture. Surfing with the groups was so much fun,and I loved meeting people from different backgrounds.Highly recommended!

Truly such An amazing and impactful experience. The tasks and shifts are so reasonable and for everything you get in exchange it makes it 1000% worth it. I love the fostering of an authentic family feel, getting to meet and hang with the local people involved in the guest house, and waking up everyday in sunny Moroccan paradise- was able to surf, do yoga, and experience lots of new foods and cultural activities. Love the guest house family and am so grateful for my time there!

I arrived at the guest house excited to delve into a new experience, and feel like part of a team. Unfortunately, the experience I had hoped for was not reflected in reality and I quickly became very miserable at the guest house. I left this position early, along with two others who also ended up leaving early (after me). I felt there was no sense of respect, kind communication, or appreciation towards the volunteers- the 'volunteer' position was, in essence, a full time, unpaid job. The environment was extremely tense, stressful, and unfriendly, we were treated as staff.

The place is truly beautiful and the owners, as well as the team (especially Valérie), are very kind. I'm grateful for the experience. However, future volunteers should know that the new management style has changed the atmosphere: communication can be difficult, support is limited, and the workload sometimes feels closer to a job than a cultural exchange. Activities aren't always accessible, and several volunteers struggled with this. With better management, this would be an amazing experience.
