Program Details
Our volunteer program is designed to support the daily functioning of the camp while offering an immersive experience in a surf camp environment. Volunteers work in rotating shifts and are an essential part of the team.
This is a structured program with shared responsibilities, teamwork, and a strong focus on reliability and consistency. Volunteers are expected to be proactive, respectful, and flexible, and to contribute positively to both the work and the social life of the camp.
The program works best for people who enjoy being useful, working within a structure, and taking responsibility in a real operational setting rather than a project-based role.
