I had the best time here! It's my first time in Koh Rong and I loved every scond of it. Seth and the ladies in the kitchen is super nice and lovely. The job is very chill and the atmosphere is super. I will miss them dearly! I will come back here again to visit in the future. Thank you everyone for treating me like a family.

loved our little volunteer n staff family at yellow sun! the place is nestled at the best spot in the island - it’s calm, away from the craziness of the pier (but also a 5 min walk to there), and close to nest for all the parties. the food is delicious, the pets are adorable and the whole team is super friendly and loving. can’t think of a better place to volunteer at on the island!

I could not recommend volunteering at yellow sun more highly! This was my first volunteer experience and it has set an incredibly high standard. Seth and Johanny are so welcoming and I felt like part of the team from the first day. Hours are fair and shifts are sorted between volunteers to accommodate your plans for the day. There is flexibility to ensure you have time to enjoy the island.

I had a great time volunteering at Yellow Sun! The work is super chill, although end up being ‘on shift’ for more than 32 hours a week, the time passes quickly and often it doesn’t even feel like you’re working. The accommodation isn’t great but you don’t spend too much time in there, mostly in the main bar which is amazing and a great opportunity to socialise. All of the staff are super nice and made me feel welcomed right away. Would’ve spent longer if I could’ve!
