Villa Organica

Volunteering at Villa Organica will give you the chance to become part of a small community for some time. You will experience what it takes to live together in community, spend evenings around the bonfire or going to the sauna or just hang out and create art.

Workwise the tasks will be very diverse, so everyone can find what suits them. All volunteers who stayed at our place so far had a great experience and some of them became dear friends and community members. We offer a very warm and loving atmosphere and are looking forward to spend time together and inspire each other.

Since the project is in a fresh phase of reinvention, there is lots of space for your ideas and creativity! Would you love to build a clay pizza oven, design an outdoor shower, or start a small permaculture garden? Maybe you have ideas for community activities—like a new group ritual, workshops, or music nights? This is a place where you can co-create, experiment, and leave a lasting impact. Your initiative is always welcome!

We’re a small, tight-knit community, and we really enjoy getting our hands dirty, working together, and creating things. Whether it’s a big project, a daily task, or just hanging out, we believe in putting in the effort and having fun while doing it. What we’re looking for are volunteers who are enthusiastic, down-to-earth, and ready to jump in ! We appreciate easy-going people with good communication skills who enjoy being part of a team. If you’re looking for a cheap vacation or a place to mostly do your own thing, this might not be the right fit. We’re looking for motivated people who are excited to contribute, collaborate, and help create something meaningful together.
