But the main goal is to develop and love of learning and make them excited to try to activities.
Teacher Nee earned her degree in early childhood development and has worked for many school every since. In 2020 the school she was working for closed due to the pandemic. She and her American husband decided it might be time for her to open her own school. So that's what they did. The first year she only had one student the entire year. The following year she had 5, the third year she had 25, and last year it has grown to around 40. Her husband had recently heard about Worldpackers, and believed that there may be travelers that would enjoy teaching and playing with Lao children while exploring Laos. The idea is that if travelers have experience with reading stories, planning activities, teaching dancing, playing games, or even teaching a language, it could be fun for all.
