I did not hear back from the host after confirming my trip. 2 days prior to my arrival, I reached out with no reply. Again on the day of- no reply. I took a chance and arrived anyway to find the host was not there. His team was frazzled by my arrival. I was left alone for long periods wondering when I would get an orientation. My dorm and washroom were unclean and full of ants and mosquitoes. I asked the team who I could speak to to find a solution, and they referred me to a man who did not speak English. I left politely as they already had a yoga teacher volunteer and very few guests staying

we already informed every detail about the job. yes it's my fault because you don't have any previous experience. One of my employees arranged a call to me but you didn't respond to that. And your reaction is not good in front of my staff and guess. anyway good luck to yourself.
