I really enjoyed this volunteering! The work is mostly planning and organizing activities and meetup events between locals and internationals in Seoul, and supporting Jake doing office work (mostly social media management). I met great people, made new friends, and worked with an amazing team of volunteers! Jake listens, values our ideas, and appreciates our work. Just keep in mind: this volunteering involves A LOT of socializing! So be sure this is something you're ok with. It could also be a great chance to improve your social skills and step out of your comfort zone. I highly recommend it!

I had an amazing time! The work involves a few office shifts in the week, with loads of time still to explore the city, and running events on the weekend, which are also a great way to meet lots of new people. Jake is a really great host and the other volunteers were also really nice and welcoming. Would definitely recommend, especially if you enjoy nightlife and meeting new people.

I stayed with Jake for 6 months, time full of learning, growth, unforgettable experiences.Jake is kind and helpful; although there was a small language barrier at first,we quickly found ways to understand each other.I had chance to travel and met many amazing volunteers, forming strong connections(environment depends on the group at the time). The job requires high energy and regular interaction with people (if you’re introverted can be challenging).Jake is often busy, but always approachable if you need help.I recommend this experience, especially for first-time volunteer.Feel free to contact me!

This experience was a really amazing way of starting my solo traveling journey. Because of the activities we had to program I made a lot of good friends and had an amazing time. I was looking to meet the locals and live the culture experience! The work can be stressful sometimes but if you work as a team everything goes well. I really enjoyed my stay here, and I recommend it mostly to people who wants to have fun, go out and party a bit.
