We will only accept applicants if they can start within 2 weeks of applying.

We are a Party Hostel, we drink, we party, we look after the guests and make sure they have the best time ever in Chiang mai, along with our other locations in Pai, Bangkok and Koh Tao. With 5 free drinks a night, 2 meals a day, accommodation and the chance to make lots of commission, we give a lot to our volunteers, but you are also expected to work hard, be social, and keep the energy high! Chiang Mai is our newest location and will end up being 200 beds

We at revolution pride ourselves on making sure our staff are as happy as our guests. Being a party hostel we make sure we do not over load our staff, you are looked after, and encouraged to move out of your comfort zone, in leading night activities, confidence in chatting to everyone, selling tours and gaining reviews. You would be the face of the company.

Definitely the best volunteer experience I've ever had. All the agreements were met, the shifts are well defined, the manager is super flexible and an incredible person, the Thai staff are lovely and the activities are very relaxed. All you need to do is have fun. I met a lot of people, made lifelong friends and had the opportunity to get to know Chiang Mai at a leisurely pace. I went to stay for a week and stayed for a month and I still left crying because I wished I could stay longer. I recommend it 100%. Revs family, thank you so much. I love you and I miss you already <3

So the experience overall wass really good, meet a lot of nice people there, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Had a really great time with the volunteers and Charlie (the manager) was really nice with the team, whenever we needed something he helped us. Food was really good, 0 complains. There are some cool places in Chiangmai but I also recommend to rent a buy and explore.
