Petershof

You have the opportunity to work with many different people - with many different life stories. We are the contact point for many people with problems and try to help them together. Here you can learn well to deal with different people and their specific problems. At this point we would like to expressly point out that due to poor experiences, we generally cannot issue invitation letters for visas.

You will become part of our multicultural team. You will learn to work with different people from many countries and cultures. Young and old, women and men, healthy and sick. People who have just fled or who are homeless ...

It was an incredible experience, it made me rethink the way I treat people and how a simple act of help can change someone’s day. The whole team is wonderful—Yannik, Kay, and Mary—thank you so much for everything.

My volunteer experience at Petershof was inspiring & fulfilling.

Despite my significant volunteer experience around the world, the uniqueness of the experience at Petershof stood out in my overall understanding of life.

Our hosts - Yannik, Kai and Mary were warm, pleasant & cooperative. The accommodation provided was liveable, comfortable and safe. lt is worthwhile to volunteer at Petershof and highly recommended.

Thanks to Yannik for the opportunity to contribute to the noble & altruistic work being done at Petetshof.

This was my first Worldpackers experience and I really liked it! I think sometimes the communication with the kitchen and with the volunteers could have been better, but the work itself is really rewarding because you have a true social impact and there's a lot of free time you can fill up however you like. The accomodation itself has all the things necessary to live there and having a communal kitchen means you can see the other volunteers outside of work too and connect with them. I would recommend this experience to others

This was my first worldpackers experience and I really recommend this if it’s your first experience. The job was pretty easy and clear, Mary doesn’t speak english but she communicates well the activities, the people are really nice, friendly and respectful so that makes the job even easier. As a worldpacker you have a lot of time and freedom so you are able explore other cities pretty easily. Yannik and Kai were always very friendly and helpful to every question we had, the stay it’s comfortable and you have all the facilities you need.
