OIA Hostel - El Nido

Freshly built beach hostel situated in el nido palawan. A 15 minute walk to town. A/C dorm rooms, hot shower, shared kitchen.

Relaxed work environment and work load is a breeze.

We have nice hangout spots, soon to open sunset lounge and yes we have a garden too!

The name is Paul, my background is in hospitality, staff are friendly to each other. Expect to be treated with respect and kindness. I treat everyone equally, I believe age doesn't beget respect. More dumbfounded, more goofiness the better.

My time at Oia was one to remember!! This was my first time in the Philippines, but it will not be the last. The other volunteers here were amazing and made me feel part of the oia family. The hours were 11-5 or 5-11pm (here during low season) and everything was easy to learn. You are right on the beach and have access to everything. This is the place where you go if you want family, culture, and the island life. I highly recommend volunteering here for as long as you can, everyone extends their stay here cause they fall in love. I stayed for a month, but wish I stayed for 5. Amazing people!!

My month at OIA was incredible. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. There's nothing like this place; waking up in the morning with the most beautiful beachfront view, getting to hang out with friends at the hostel and meeting a ton of travelers. I will definitely come back to visit. Thank you for everything OIA!

Oía is an incredible place! Not only do you meet people from all over the world, but you also connect deeply with the locals and the culture. The only improvement point would be better system organization, as it often gets overbooked, and you might end up sleeping in the tent up top – which is also a super cool experience if you're open to different adventures. Either way, I loved my experience in El Nido, especially getting close to the staff. Everyone treats you like family. Thank you for everything! I hope to come back one day.

Once of my best experiences! The hostel is located infront of the sea, so you get every day an amazing seaview. You also have your kitchen for cooking yourself and the food what you get is also so tasty.
The working shifts are fine, I got support and other volunteers helps me aswell. And at least, you get so good connections with the locals so you will be a part of the family 🫶🏼

Volunteering at Oia Hostel was honestly one of the best experiences I've had! This place is a gem, right on the beach with insane sunsets every evening and a super chill vibe that makes it hard to leave. What made it even better was getting to know the locals—everyone’s so welcoming, and you really feel like you’re part of the community here. The work is easy, just six hours a day with simple tasks, so there's plenty of time to kick back and soak up the vibe. If you're looking for a spot where you can really connect with local culture and still have time to relax, Oia Hostel is the place to be
