prior to arrival, the role, shifts & times business operates were communicated. As we state in our profile/jobs listing we are an evening restaurant and so shifts, late afternoons and evenings. Your first (and only) week was a 4 day week and so yes 25 hours per week divided by 4 shifts = 6.25 hours per shift.
You were given very clear, 1 on 1 training by myself, wines, service, glass wash. Cristian, kitchen layout, veg prep & team members you were shadowing each shift, wash up, cleaning.
