I‘ve had an incredible time here, Juram and Bryan are amazing people who treat you like friends. The work is a lot of fun, I have made a lot of new friends there and had great conversations with local people. The accomodation is as clean as it can be with eight people, while there is only one AC in the living room it is cool enough to have a good sleep. I highly recommend to volunteer at this language studio!

Juram is super welcoming and helpful throughout. He was the perfect gentleman to everyone in the home. The work doesn't feel like work if you can speak English and like people. They only have one rule: "don't argue". I found it interesting finding out what Koreans really think about their country (including military service and their neighbours) and the world. It's reciprocal, as they're keen to learn about your experiences. You only speak to the more advanced learners who you can have a normal conversation with. They're generally shy about speaking English, but their skills are excellent.

My experience in Korea friends was very good. I could immerse in their culture throughout the English conversations that were three hours a day. It was very close to the place where we lived which was fantastic. Juram was kind and welcoming with the volunteering. He was always trying to see if we needed something else. He did a great job. However, many nights I could not sleep due to the noise of the volunteers which many were very young around 20 years old having party every nights. The team should be more strict with volunteers many of them never did their duties like cleaning the apartment.

100% recommend Language Studio in Busan, I spent 3 weeks here and had an amazing time thanks to Juram, Bryan and the other volunteers. The work schedule were clear and it leaves plenty of time to discover the city before or after your shifts. It was really fun getting to know the locals and also hang out with each other outside the studio! The accommodation is lovely, with plenty of space and a regular volunteer cleaning schedule so it remains comfortable. Extra shout out to Juram for being so supportive and helpful, really appreciate your help with my paperwork. Thanks again everyone!

It was a wonderful four weeks. Ram is a great host, very quick and easy to communicate with, and everything presented was straightforward. The living space is very close to the studio, and the space itself is very spacious and comforting despite how many other people can be living there. While there is only one bathroom, and no oven nor microwave in the kitchen, everything else is great. I would highly recommend this volunteer position to anybody, both new or veteran volunteer. Thank you for having me, I really appreciate everything.
