"We are a family-run business with deep roots in the local community. I manage the SereniTea Chaya(eco lodge),Marol Ghar (the village restaurant)and our handloom venture under DBC Pvt Ltd. My team consists of passionate and friendly locals who are not only skilled in their respective fields but are also eager to share our rich cultural heritage with visitors. Most of our staff come from the nearby villages and are well-versed in traditional Assamese hospitality. Whether it’s cooking authentic local cuisine, guiding tours to nearby UNESCO World Heritage sites, or teaching handloom weaving techniques, our team works with dedication to provide an authentic, welcoming experience for all guests and volunteers."
