This was my first worldpackers experience and it was honestly the best, I enjoyed my time and look forward to coming back in the future. My only critique is that especially for a first timer I would have like for tasks to be more clearly laid out and defined on what is done on each day through out the week; there were moments in the beginning when I was not sure what I was doing and I wanted to make sure that I did a good job, also I didn’t realize that it was my responsibility to ask for the 2 promised days off a week. The host did accommodate this after mentioning it to her however.

Well my experience was specifically quite bad, I will tell the whole story without being bias or anything. First day I arrive in Taichung from Airport in Taipei which is quite long travel flight + Bus Transportation to the hostel at 11pm at night there was no host or anyone available at that time so I was still figure things out around, the host did leave message about which key and room to take and instructions but I was so tired and the person I was supposed to sleep with smell so bad that I have to switch to another room. Next day all help broke lose, the host blame everything on me

We had host for the volunteer form different country for ten years already. And this is the first time we feel so disappoint and need to complaint to the worldpacker team, we had provide all the video and chat evidence to the worldpacker team, because it include about privacy issues so we can't show it out into the public. If anyone consider to take Phong to be a volunteer. Please contact worldpacker team first and you will get all the information and know our most disappointing experience.
