Kozycamp

The challenge ? it is to transform the Sleeping Beauty's property - unoccupied 15 years before our purchase in January 2022 - into a GREEN CLASS ECO-CAMP with French language to reconnect Bulgarian schoolchildren with our Mother Earth. And... during July and August, as the children are on vacation, it will be adults' turn to recharge their batteries in the heart of peaceful nature in our Bed&Breakfast / eco-camping. Wild plants and sourdough bread workshops, eco-DIY and discovery walks of our ecosystem will be proposed throughout their stays.

We are located in the center of a lovely quiet village, Rogozen, 170 km north from Sofia. Here, the most famous and fabulous gold and silver Thracian treasure was discovered in 1985 : 165 pieces !(exposed in Vratsa's Museum, 40 km from RogoZEN)
Main accommodation (grocery, minimarket, bar, pharmacy) are at 3/5 minutes walk.

Our first intention is to share experiences and knowledge with people from every horizons ! Our staff is .... My husband, Marc :) our 30yo daughter, Marianne and I, Sophie :) to welcome you ! We would be happy to welcome 2/3 persons, friends or not (2 private bedrooms are at your disposal or a tent if you prefer to sleep under the trees, listening the nightingales and be awaken by the storks chattering their beaks or the cackling of pheasants), and even, couples in love (with nature) ;))) We offer you accommodation in our comfortable guest house or we provide a tent in our so quiet garden, your choice. Just... please, note that the sanitary facilities are outside and were completely renovated during summer2023. We offer you lunch or dinner, and there is all the basic dry food in the kitchen for several quick meals if you prefer to stay alone, quiet :)). We would like, from you, to help us 4 hours a day/4 days (no more) : for all types of rural tasks : * RENOVATION, PAINTING * GARDEN CLEARING, * PERMACULTURE PLANTATIONS, * CLEANING AND RESTORATION OF SMALL BUILDINGS FOR ANIMALS, * ETC, ETC, ETC......... On Saturdays evening a barbecue / campfire evening is our tradition :) Welcome to the musicians !!!
