This was a great experience, it was my first time volunteering and I felt very welcomed from the start. The hostel itself is very comfortable and clean, as well as, very social and easy to meet people. Communication about the specific tasks I were to do could have been better. There was not an employee to help with the activities for the first few days and I was told basically âdo what you canâ to create social environment and try to increase sales but that was challenging to do by myself.

I loved my time as part of the Khao San family. Sunny and the team are very welcoming, they will help you with anything and make sure youâre satisfied with everything. From the moment I got there, it was so easy to connect with the staff and other volunteers and they make it really easy to meet people. Teaching yoga there was fun and an experience Iâll cherish forever.

This was my first hostel experience, and I honestly could not have imagined it being any better! From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Their friendliness and hospitality truly made a difference and created such a warm atmosphere. The hostel itself is spotlessly cleanâeven cleaner than some expensive hotels Iâve stayed in! The facilities are well-maintained, modern, and inviting. Everything was designed to make guests feel at home, and it worked perfectly. Iâm beyond grateful for my time here and will definitely return

I will never forget the time I spent at the Khao San social hostel. This place is seriously dialed in, itâs clean, itâs well organized, and itâs effortlessly social.
From the start the team was welcoming and supportive. Sunny has made something truly special here. Teaching yoga was awesome, if youâre considering going, just do it.
