iSanook Hostel
We believe our hostel is a potential place for travelers to showcase their skills and earn a free bed for themselves to sleep, use toilets and wifi to keep themselves fresh and at the same time spend time with our fellow guests.
Our hostel is well-suited for those travelers who want to contribute their people management skills to connect with our hostel guests, connect them together and lead them to our weekly events including party, visit places and tours, etc. in a group.
Our team is a balanced mix of local and international staff, who respects and willing to serve all people from different nationalities. For us, the world is our home and its people form a big family. Volunteers at our place can expect to be treated respectfully as one of our team members.

My experience with Isanook was very professional. They provide the bed and food not only that I have the freedom to explore the city. I realized that I have to balance bothe hostel and the hotel. The hostel wants outgoing activities while the hotel guests loves indoor activities. Once I come back to Isanook again I would love to host art classes to the hotel guests since I've been focusing more on the hostel guest. Over all, I love how they are open to my ideas and I only need to execute them

Overall a good first experience. I was lucky to have another great volunteer who helped me. In general there weren’t too many guests in the hostel but it was still possible to find cool travelers to talk and invite to different activities to if you spend some time in the lobby. The lobby was a great place to hang out at. I didn’t speak much with the staff, but every time we did they were very friendly. We also got one free meal a day which was very nice.

My time volunteering as a Vibe Manager at Isanook Hostel in Bangkok was amazing! The managers were incredibly supportive, organized, and communicative, which made everything run smoothly and made me feel confident in my role. The other volunteers were fun, energetic, and collaborative, and the guests were always up for adventures, games, and social activities. Together, we created such a lively, welcoming atmosphere every day. It was an unforgettable experience that was not only a lot of fun but also so rewarding — I learned a lot and made memories I’ll always cherish.

My time in isanook was wonderful. Everyone is so warm and friendly. And the environment is so comfortable. U can made poster here and try to hold activity for guests. Sadly it is low season. It must be fun if there has more guests. I highly recommend this position. U Will definitely get a nice unforgettable experience here in Bangkok. I wish everyone i met here a wonderful bright future！nice to meet u guys
