My name is Leyber - Venezuelan by origin, a traveler by heart. After years of exploring various corners of the world, I sought a place to call home and discovered it in the north of Tenerife. We consider our volunteers an integral part of our family, and despite our small size, we value mutual respect for each other's space, all while ensuring an environment filled with joy and various activities!

My three-week stay at Ikigai was wonderful! The co-living house is amazing: very welcoming, peaceful, with a beautiful big garden and a jacuzzi. Leyber was incredibly friendly and helpful, explaining everything clearly and acting as a true Tenerife guide. He always had fantastic suggestions for things to do and places to visit on the island.
Big plus : You’re free to choose your own working hours throughout the day, which is a huge advantage.

My stay at Ikigai was great, I spent one month there. The coliving is located in a very quiet area, not too far from the city or the beach but the buses are not very reliable sometimes so it's nice if you can rent a car. The island has many beautiful places to visit and with flexible working hours it's possible to explore a lot. The hours were always respected, Leyber always made sure we work exactly 4 hour a day. The tasks varied a lot each day but all were manageable and well explained. It was really nice to connect with other travelers and volunteers and do some activities together

I really enjoyed my time at Ikigai. The people were so nice and everyone helped each other. We had lots of nice conversations and I learned a lot about other cultures. The host is also super nice and he explained the tasks to us very well and helped us when needed. He also recommended us a lot of secret local places to visit. I would totaly recommend that position to others.

This was my first experience with worldpackers and I think it was an amazing choice. Everything was great, the people, the house, the location. Leyber is a great host and always gives suggestions on what to do or where to explore. Tenerife is beautiful and there is so much to see. Also the community is really important so you get the chance to make friends and share amazing moments together.

C'était incroyable ! c'était ma première fois dans un co-living, première fois à Tenerife et première fois avec Worldpackers. J'y suis resté un mois, et j'ai adoré cette expérience. J'ai trouvé une famille sur cette belle île. A propos du travail, les horaires sont respectés, c'est cool et flexible. Merci beaucoup Leyber.
