If you are looking for a very chill, but also fun volunteer experience this is the place to go. The work was only in the morning and quite calm. Afterwards there was loads of freetime to go to the city center, the beach or just hang out in the hostel. The whole place was nice and welcoming, very social atmosphere and always somebody to hang out with.

I spent three amazing weeks at Hostel Varna. George made me feel at home from day one, and his brother shared so much interesting knowledge every day. The place is green, peaceful, full of cats and travelers from around the world. Tasks were super easy and took less than two hours a day, leaving me lots of free time. I truly recommend this experience!

The staff is very friendly and attentive, it’s a good place to meet people.
The hostel is very quiet and the cats are very cute.
The work is very simple and takes a maximum of two hours.
However, I stayed for three weeks and I think three weeks is too long for the activities available in the area.

I had a wonderful time at the hostel! The hosts were super nice and ensured that we felt welcomed from the very beginning. The work was very easy and on most days, only took around one and a half hours, the beach is very close and most importantly, you get free beer;)
