Lo principal es la ayuda mutua, nos agrada trabajar con gente que ya ha vivido la experiencia de viajar por el mundo por que saben como nuestros huéspedes desean que los traten.
Tenemos un ambiente sano y agradable para desarrollar nuestras habilidades mutuas, tratamos de mantener un ambiente amigable, con ciertas reglas para evitar excesos pero con mucha libertad para que también disfruten del lugar!

Mi experiencia en el Lobo fue súper agradable! Tuve la oportunidad de colaborar en la reparación del techo del bar, aprendiendo a trabajar con chapas y pintura. Luego como bartender pasé un tiempo muy divertido sociabilizando con los huéspedes.
La instalaciones son super cómodas y la pileta es muy hermosa.
En mis ratos libres pude explorar el hermoso pueblo de Rurre y sus alrededores.
Recomiendo totalmente la experiencia!

My host was very friendly, open and accommodating right from the start. She was always ready to answer any questions I had. I was taught how to bartend by another volunteer, but whenever I got stuck, had a problem or made a mistake, she was always there to help me. All in all, it was a very good experience that I can only recommend to others

I had a wonderful time at Lobo Hostel. The working hours were agreed fairly and adhered to. On my days off, I was able to take part in jungle/pampas tours. Even though there isn't a lot to do in Rurrenabaque, you can pass the time really well in the hostel itself, for example in the pool or on the roof terrace, reading or doing sport. I was allowed to work 25 hours a week at reception, which was a challenge for me at first, as I had never done this before, but in the end I really enjoyed it. My boss Gueyli, always helped me with questions and was also super nice. Thanks Gueyli 🫶🏼

Volunteering at this hostel was a truly great experience! The work was well-balanced, not too much, but never boring. The atmosphere was super chill and welcoming, and the team was absolutely amazing – especially the managers, who were kind, supportive, and genuinely lovely people. I really enjoyed being part of this place. If you’re looking to have a beautiful time close to the jungle, I definitely recommend this spot!

🐾 Estar como voluntaria en El Lobo fue una linda experiencia, rodeado de naturaleza, con espacios cómodos, una cocina amplia, mucha vegetación, buena música y gente increíble.
Siempre hubo comunicación clara y un ambiente de confianza que me permitió aportar con lo mejor de mí.
Tenia tiempo suficiente para explorar Rurre, hacer excursiones por el río, y disfrutar de la tranquilidad del lugar.
Muchas gracias por todo y en especial a Gueyli, ella es una excelente encargada y gran persona!!! ✨
Seguramente nos volveremos a encontrar. 😊
