Turning this building into a sustainable project isn't just a romantic project working in nature. It also means a lot of mess. Construction debris has to be disposed of here. A lot of nasty work has to be done. Building materials have to be sorted for proper disposal according to their recyclable materials — copper, metal, wood, stone.
Pallets of building materials that have rotted must be restacked so they can be moved.
The garden is overgrown. Thorny bushes need to be removed. Plastic and other trash are scattered throughout, and this needs to be sorted.
We have a chicken coop, but before chickens can move in again, mites have to be removed. That's disgusting.
We don't work with clay and wood in beautiful natural surroundings. We swallow dust and dirt to rid nature of garbage and pollutants.

We'll help you get these jobs done. We'll tackle it together. We'll show you how to protect yourself when digging in the dirt and how to properly sort trash. But it's not all romantic. It's sometimes hard work.

Tom and Silke are super nice! They give you everything you could need, they are flexible regarding the work schedule and they are open to proposals.
The work is exactly what the ad says. Although the final objective is more openly ecological, now the work is mostly cleaning, tidying up the place, etc. They’re completely immersed in the community of the village, they propose trips and know the pros and cons about many places around there. And their son Sandro and the dogs are super nice too!!
