Green Garden Food Forest Buriram

I am Thai & vegan. I have my own garden food forest farm . It is located in Krasang sub-district, Satuek district, Buriram Province, Thailand. It is a food forest farm which has 10 Rais and full of edible flowers, bamboos, bananas, herbs, moringa, local vegetables and local trees. It is sustainable agriculture and permaculture garden that has a great ecosystem. I promote vegan cuisine and I have plenty kinds of herbs that have high nutrients .

We cook and eat together as the members of our family. We do activities together. When we have free time we can go swimming together. Also, we can try to visit the temple to learn culture.

I had a wonderful week at Green Garden Buriram! We helped with the rice harvest, did painting around the house, and explored the area on daily bike rides. The stay felt very communal—we cooked together and ended nights with Uno or Scrabble or listening to music around the bonfire. The highlight was meeting the local community. Angel took us to nearby homes where everyone was incredibly welcoming and happy to share their way of life. I only wish I’d stayed longer. Highly recommend for anyone interested in sustainable living, vegan Thai cooking, or seeing life beyond Thailand’s tourist spots.

I made a vlog about my stay here (yt: @hyobinah) and more than half of it is me just eating the amazing food Angel teaches us cook and being mesmerized by how delicious they are. You get to learn so much about local cuisines in the Northeastern part of Thailand, and it's just a heaven for people who like Thai food and want to try out different vegetarian, local meals.
Angel also taught me a lot about permaculture, but my 1 week stay was too short to learn enough. I wish to go back for a longer stay.
The house is constantly under construction, and things are improving day by day.

This was a truly authentic experience of life in the countryside. I learned about ecology and food directly from the farm. Ms. Angel is very kind, always attentive, and generous in sharing her knowledge. The experience really highlights the importance of community work and a genuine love for agriculture

Green Garden is a wonderful place to spend time. Your host, Angel, teaches you many things and lets you participate in her daily life. She's also very concerned about the well-being of nature. The meals are always delicious vegan food fresh from the garden, which you prepare together, and you get to experience many delicious local dishes. I had a wonderful time at Green Garden and can highly recommend it!

My time at the Green Garden was really special and unforgettable.
Angel is one of a kind. She might seem a bit impatient at first but I challenge you too look beyond the language barriers and actually see her and the amazing work she does.
It is an amazing project and Angel has so much to teach for those actually interested in learning.
I miss waking up to the sound of the birds, the amazing food we cooked with ingredients fresh out of the garden, and I will definitely miss the mangos!
This was my first WP experience and I will never forget it.
Thank you so much, Angel! ขอบคุณ
