I truly enjoyed my stay at EngHouse Homestay in Vietnam. It gave me the opportunity to do my volunteering work, where my main role was sharing time and communicating with the students, which was very fulfilling. The coordinators were extremely nice and friendly, and they even organized trips with the volunteers every other week, which made the experience even more special. The dorms were exactly as shown in the photos and were comfortable and good. Overall, it was a memorable and enriching experience.

If you want to meet locals, this is a great place. Students are aged 16 to 40 (most 20-30), and you’ll learn a lot about Vietnam. You stay in mixed rooms with students, so it’s easy to make friends.
Big thanks to the helpful and organized school staff!

Girls and boys sleep in separate rooms, each with a private bathroom. Work is easy – one class a day. No teaching experience needed, but your English should be good. Students take learning seriously and enjoy talking.

The only downside is the kitchen – it’s old, dirty, and has rats..

I had an amazing time at Enghouse. The staff and students are incredibly accommodating and take you on as one of their own. The tasks are doable for English speakers and the staff is open to feedback. It might feel a little unstructured at first, but you will get the hang of it fast. I feel very sad leaving new friends behind. Thank you for everything!

My experience in Enghouse was really great I’ve worked in both HCMC and Hanoi and i wish I could have stayed longer special thanks to Charmie and Hue. The working hours are easy and very flexible. The students are also really engaged with the classes.
