We are a family of five members. A newborn, two boys of 5 and 6, me and my husband. I’m psychologist and my husband is running a hostel. So we can host you at the hostel.

THE BEST WORLDPACKERS EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had! Elena and Claudio are doing an excellent job raising their children. Luchino, Lamberto and Prisci are well educated, happy and fascinating children. Caring for them thought me so much about motherhood!

The boys level of english is genuinely native and Priscila understands everything in English. They receive close to zero screen time, no tv, phones - which is amazing! They play with real toys, board games, cards and have a very healthy childhood. Some times the boys cause trouble and fight - but it just requires a little patience. I loved it!!

The family is amazing. The boys are easy going and a lot of fun. The little girl Prissy is absolutely precious. Would highly recommend great overall experience.

I hold so many memories from my time with Luchino, Lamberto, and Priscilla. This was a great first experience with Worldpackers! Elena is an attentive and caring person. I really appreciated how she made sure that everything balanced to 15hrs/week. With the boys it is more about assisting with homework (reading, writing, etc). They love sports so we also made time for that!
The hostel accommodations were nice and the people working there were very open and friendly. My best advice is to tap into your experience with children, be communicative, and have fun! ENJOY <3

Spending two months with Elena’s family was a fantastic experience. Elena is welcoming and always thoughtful and flexible. The hostel where I stayed was wonderful, full of kind people who made me feel at home right away. The work was exactly as described: 15 hours per week, mostly helping the kids (2, 7 and 9) with homework or spending time playing games/going outside. I never worked more than agreed, which I really appreciated. The only small downside was that the weekly schedule was sometimes shared a bit late, making planning harder. Overall, I had an amazing time and loved the experience<3

I had a wonderful experience working with and getting to know Elena’s family. The boys are bright and pleasant to be around. I’d recommend this opportunity to anyone who enjoys being around children and is comfortable with hostel life. The hours are exactly as stated in the description.
