El Camino Cannabis Farm

We offer a unique opportunity to connect with nature and be part of a caring community. We invite you to gain hands-on experience in sustainable cannabis farming while working alongside friendly people from all over the world. You'll enjoy the beauty of the outdoors, share meals and stories by the fire, and live in a unique space that feels like a “forest house”. Plus, our flexible schedule allows you time to relax and explore. Volunteering with us is about teamwork, personal growth and creating beautiful memories together.

Farm OPEN: APRIL to NOVEMBER
We offer pick-up and drop-off to nearest bus station (in Pembroke, Ontario) on SATURDAYS

I’m MAEVA the Volunteers Coordinator, and alongside NICOLAS the Farm Manager, we create a warm and inviting atmosphere. We’re passionate about sustainable agriculture and love to share our ideas and skills with volunteers. You can expect to be treated with respect and kindness here. We value open communication and encourage everyone to share their thoughts and ideas. Each volunteer is seen as an integral part of our team. We enjoy sitting around the fire, and building authentic connections. Our goal is for every volunteer to feel at home and truly valued during their time with us, and we can’t wait to share the farm activities and experiences with you!

This was the best volunteer experience of my entire life! The facilities are incredible, the food is sensational and out of the standard, and the work is very enjoyable. Nicoss and Maeva are amazing people who treat volunteers with so much care and respect, and even Leila (dog) and Arturo (cat) are incredibly kind. The farm and the surrounding nature are gorgeous! I also made deep connections and I felt very happy to contribute to the cultivation of a plant that helps so many people and the world! Thank you, and a thousand times thank you ElCamino! I wish you a wonderful future like as you!

My stay at El Camino could not have been better. It was very well organized and flexible. The accommodation is really nice and while I was there I met the kindest people. We worked a lot but by choice because it was the harvest season but the tasks were simple and we always had a good time.
Merci!!

Really well organised host! Accommodation is lovely and a variety of different work to do (depending on the time of year!) There is space for 10 volunteers but the number of volunteers can really vary. Thank you to Nico, Maeva and the friends of the farm!
