El Camino Cannabis Farm

We offer a unique opportunity to connect with nature and be part of a caring community. We invite you to gain hands-on experience in sustainable cannabis farming while working alongside friendly people from all over the world. You'll enjoy the beauty of the outdoors, share meals and stories by the fire, and live in a unique space that feels like a “forest house”. Plus, our flexible schedule allows you time to relax and explore. Volunteering with us is about teamwork, personal growth and creating beautiful memories together.

Farm OPEN: APRIL to NOVEMBER
We offer pick-up and drop-off to nearest bus station (in Pembroke, Ontario) on SATURDAYS

I’m MAEVA the Volunteers Coordinator, and alongside NICOLAS the Farm Manager, we create a warm and inviting atmosphere. We’re passionate about sustainable agriculture and love to share our ideas and skills with volunteers. You can expect to be treated with respect and kindness here. We value open communication and encourage everyone to share their thoughts and ideas. Each volunteer is seen as an integral part of our team. We enjoy sitting around the fire, and building authentic connections. Our goal is for every volunteer to feel at home and truly valued during their time with us, and we can’t wait to share the farm activities and experiences with you!

Volunteering at El Camino Farm has been a deeply enriching experience. This place is truly special: the energy that flows here is intense and transformative. What I’m experiencing goes far beyond just work; it has been, above all, a spiritual journey and a path of personal growth.
Nico, the host, is a man full of vitality, wisdom, and dedication. He shares his knowledge generously and creates an environment where everyone feels welcome and at ease.
I’ve also been lucky to find an amazing team; committed people who are motivated, hardworking, and dedicated to getting things done each day.

El Camino is a unique place to discover yourself.
The house is amazing and full of different cultures. Nico and Maeva give volunteers full space and we even can make a shopping list for groceries and cook by ourselves. They always buy good items not cheap ones.
Not an easy work here but doable. Nico is happy to teach everything about farming if you want to learn more. I learned a lot from him not just farming. That’ll change myself from inside of me.
I also met international travelers and learned different things from them too.
Here’s the place for you if you want finds yourself .

The hosts are kind and welcoming, and the planting tasks were well-organized and fulfilling. I learned a lot while enjoying the calm, natural setting. A beautiful place to slow down, connect, and contribute. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my time at El Camino. The team and the community around them are beautiful people. The accomodation and everything provided is fantastic. The work hours are fair and the work itself is enjoyable. I loved my time here so much I extended my stay! Somewhere I’d definitely consider coming back to. A special place, One of my favourite worldpackers!
