If you like nature and plants, this is for you! In my two weeks there I did mostly weeding, but also cleaning roots and potting plants. In my free time I explored the area around by foot and Scott once took me to go crocodile watching. My favourite thing to do was go to the beautiful waterhole close by. I felt more in touch with nature after this experience and I saw quite a few cool animals and insects. I would recommend to bring a car or a friend/partner here as there are not too much to do in a walking distance.

Scott and Ann were incredible hosts. They clearly communicated their expectations before my arrival and reiterated them once I got there. The work, which varies based on current needs, is 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. They generously provided plenty of great food, including fresh local produce, meat, and other basics. During your free time, you can enjoy the beautiful swimming hole on their property. They also gave me all the right documents so that my time there could count towards my 88 days. I highly recommend this experience!
