This was such an amazing experience! Truly a once in a lifetime experience having the opportunity to learn to dive and give back to the local environment. The accomodation was comfortable and food was good (though a little repetitive). One of the highlights was definitely being able to experience everything with the loveliest, kindest, open group of girls.

Our time with Eco Hero was INCREDIBLE! It was such a cool experience to become dive certified while learning about marine conservation. We got to identify wildlife, maintain growing coral, and help clean up the beaches. We even got to name newly identified turtles and manta rays! Such a unique experience with very friendly hosts.

Had a lot of fun with the group I travelled with. Really cool to learn about the marine life and how to care and protect it. Some of the details could have been better planned and communicated but overall was a great trip 😊

If you feel pulled toward marine conservation or want to earn your open water certificate, this is a

Getting my Open Water getting to dive with Mantas and Turtles and millions of awesome fish.

Getting taught how to ID Turtles, Mantas and Fish as well, understanding the importance of this for the local community.

Getting to help with Coral restoration on reef stars and, beach and underwater clean ups, and the importance of protecting our marine life.
