We are a family run hostel with our base in beautiful Tivat, on the shores of Boka Bay in Montenegro. Our hostel is above all, a place to have fun, meet interesting people, rest and relax. It is also an ideal starting point for exploration of Montenegro and its neighboring countries. Our main goal is to attract young (at heart), creative, open-minded people whose stay will make a difference in their and our lives. The staff are artistic, helpful, friendly, open-minded, and efficient.

Lo primero que tengo para decir es GRACIAS! El mes que estuve en el hostel fue excelente. Compartí con un grupo hermoso de gente y pude conocer muchos lugares alrededor de Tivat. Rodrigo siempre súper predispuesto a ayudarte para que tengas la mejor experiencia. Las tareas y los horarios están muy bien organizados y se respetan siempre. Gracias Rodri y Deise por crear esa atmósfera tan especial! Espero volver!! 1000% recomendable!

Hostel Anton foi minha casa por dois meses e tive um tempo incrível por lá. Fiz amigos que se tornaram minha familia, Rodrigo e Deise são incríveis e acolhedores. Me conectei com viajantes do mundo todo que passaram por lá e o horario dos shifts eram respeitados. Foi meu primeiro voluntariado e fico imensamente grata de ter começado minha tragetória por lá.

My days in Tivat at Anton Hostel were really good.. the work hours/days off are super balanced, and you can really enjoy everything the city and surrounding areas have to offer. Rodrigo and Deise are incredible people, do everything to make you feel at home, welcome and as comfortable as possible.. the other volunteers I shared my time with there were also sensational, that definitely made all the difference.. having a little piece of Brasil there made everything even more special 💚💙💛

I'm writing this public review because I unfortunately missed the deadline due to a trip. Isabella was a great volunteer, always helping with tasks and very responsible with reception. She knows how to deal with guests very well and easily fit in with everyone. She became a friend a member of the family and we will miss her a lot!

This was my first stay with Worldpackers and it was not what I desired out of the experience. We worked 5 days a week 6 six hours, which was previously agreed. It felt more like an unpaid job rather than a work exchange. Tasks include cleaning the bathrooms, stripping and making beds, and checking-in guests. The majority of guests are workers coming from other countries that only pay 10 euro/night, and aren't the nicest. My boyfriend and I had to move rooms 3 times due to miscommunication between the hostel manager and owner, and two rounds of bed bugs. No meals or discounted drinks provided.

Foi maravilhoso voluntariar no hostel, para mim foi como uma família em Montenegro, voluntariei fora de temporada então as tarefas estavam super tranquilas, as pessoas estão sempre dispostas a ajudar, ótimo para quem viaja sozinho, inclusive para mulher, um lugar super seguro, recomendo muito, fiz ótimos amigos que levarei para vida
