We are a loving and supportive family living in a cozy, quiet and well located flat in Lisbon, surrounded by beautiful parks and with easy access to amazing places like Lisbon historical center, Sintra, Cascais, etc. The traveler will have most of day free to enjoy all this and having curious people to share the stories of the day and ask for suggestions.

Like a cousin visiting us. We want you to feel safe to share clearly your intentions, expectations, availability, in order to create a reciprocally constructive experience for all of us, leaving only good memories.

Foi incrível passar uns dias na companhia do Arthur e seu amiguinho Luigi, Arthur é uma criança educada, engraçada, além de respeitar todas as regrinhas e facilitar o "trabalho", foi uma ótima troca, recomendo e com certeza voltaria nas próximas oportunidades! Obrigada por tudo Marie, foi ótimo!

Being with Marie and Arthur was super nice~ It was a good experience to take care of a little kid for longer than I used to and the house chores were okay. Marie explained everything and helped me when I had questions or had an idea to improve a task. Arthur is a very caring kid and easygoing, just like any other kid, you just need to talk and be patient so I learned a lot from him :) The neighborhood is great as well and has many locals so it was a great opportunity for me to live a little bit of the Lisbon life. Wishing them both the best!

Minha experiência com o intercâmbio voluntário em "Aproveite Lisboa com a gente" foi boa. A anfitriã Marie é muito gentil e simpática e seu bebê Arthur é uma criança maravilhosa. Conheci um pouco da cidade de Lisboa. Infelizmente por motivos inesperados e alheios a minha vontade e de minha anfitriã, o intercâmbio precisou ser cancelado e interrompido antes da data prevista para o término. O que impossibilitou uma maior vivência e melhor experiência do meu primeiro voluntariado. A anfitriã Marie e seu bebê Arthur...e a equipe da Worldpacker, minha gratidão pela oportunidade.

Marie is wonderful.
I really enjoyed the time I spent with her and her little boy ( Arthur- that said NO, to me all the time. ) So I taught Arthur how to say No Thank -you. And he learned it.
Marie took us to the beach every day.
I have made a lifetime bond with this beautiful family and I wish her all the luck in the future.
