A&O Hostel was a great experience!
The accommodation was modern and cozy, and the team was extremely welcoming and helpful, always sharing useful insights about Copenhagen, things to see, the lifestyle, and the overall vibe of the country.
The chores at the hostel were simple to manage, leaving plenty of time to recharge and explore the city.
Karaoke nights were a lot of fun, and the other volunteers created a warm, family-like atmosphere that I’ll truly miss.
Definitely a great experience!

I've really enjoy the experience at A&O :) I can't wait to come back soon. Every volunteer, employee and coordinator were so nice at me, also the instalations are very wharming and comfortable. The shifts are very flexible and you have so much fun working along the employees and by learning new skills. Also breakfast is very tasty and you have many food choices. Thank you A&O!

It was a lovely hostel to stay at! The fellow volenteers and employees were super nice and friendly! The hostel has a nice big common area and i played lots of pool in my free time.

I worked only in the kitchen and it was super chill and easy. You get lost of free time to explore the city.

Overall, i really enjoyed my stay and how welcoming and helpful everyone was, gonna miss some of the people there <3

It's a good opportunity if you are looking for a place that gives you time to sightsee the city as the tasks are easy and let you cope with your own things. Something I loved was that you find a Scandinavian mix with a Latin heart that makes you feel at home.

My time at a&o Sydhavn couldn't have been better. The work was really easy and left you with so much time to explore the city. I saw basically everything Copenhagen has to offer and even took some daytrips to other cities. Everyday I would come back to the hostel to talk and catch up with all the incredible volunteers and employees there. I made some really good friends and there's always someone fun to talk to or play pool with:P Having breakfast together and singing karaoke were for sure the highlights and I really miss it already. I will keep the people I met in my heart forever.🥹
