I really loved the experience, the place was organized, with clear working hours that were always respected, which left me almost the whole day free to explore the city. They also provided three meals a day, which was a big plus, and the room was very nice and comfortable. Although my stay ended earlier than expected, I truly enjoyed the experience and left with wonderful memories of both Vienna and the volunteer work:)

The experience in this hostel in Vienna was amazing, the hostel is big, with a beautiful terrace and common area close to the reception to hang out with the people, and people who work there are very nice. Thank you so much to Shanks, he's friendly, I had a good communication with him and I tried always to help me and the other volunteers!

My time at a&o Hostel in Vienna was very good, the staff are fantastic and I made lots of friends. Everyone made me feel at home and the shifts are very relaxed.
The schedules were always agreed in advance, which helped me organise my days off for short trips and getting to know the city, which is incredible, with its large gardens, museums and fantastic architecture.
The work, which consisted of reception and kitchen duties, was a great experience and I am grateful to have been part of this incredible project.

My experience at the hostel was nice overall. The place is well located and the team members are really nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to stay as long as planned and had to leave earlier than expected, but I still appreciated the opportunity and wish the team all the best.

First of all, Shanka was a really warm and friendly host. My room was very sweet. It was just too hot and the curtains were missing. The breakfast shift was a challenge for me. I had a lot of fun in the other shifts. My colleagues, especially the mens, were really fun and I had great days with my dear roommates Byron, Evelina and Luana. I will miss you very much.. Vienna is a truly fascinating city. This was my first experience and it was definitely worth it. Thank you very much for everything🥹❤️‍🩹🥰
