As a Worldpacker, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping us welcome guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, support during breakfast/dinner, and keep the common areas clean and inviting. You’ll also help maintain the friendly, social atmosphere that makes our place special.

We expect you to be responsible, communicative, and proactive — someone who enjoys working with people and can bring good energy while making sure daily tasks get done. In return, we offer a comfortable stay, breakfast, dinner, free time to surf and explore, and a supportive environment where you can meet travelers from around the world.

You’ll be part of a relaxed and respectful community that values cultural exchange, sustainability, and the simple joy of life by the ocean.
