Join our surf hostel team in Tamraght and help us keep the good energy flowing! You’ll assist with check-ins and check-outs, help during breakfast, interact with guests, and make sure common areas stay welcoming and tidy.
We’re looking for someone reliable, proactive, and social, who understands that teamwork and responsibility are part of the experience as much as having time to explore and enjoy the waves.

25 heures d'aide par semaine

Aide en cuisine: Aider à préparer, finaliser et servir les repas.

Administration: Aider avec les systèmes de réservation et les paiements.

Réception: Aider aux enregistrements, départs et assistance aux clients.

Ce que vous recevez

1 jour de congé par semaine

Dortoir de l'équipe: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres personnes.

Petit-déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un petit-déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Dîner: Vous avez droit à un dîner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Laverie Gratuite: Vous pouvez utiliser notre buanderie librement.

Visites gratuites: Nous vous emmènerons faire des visites et des balades en ville. Gratuitement !

Transfert: Nous viendrons vous chercher à votre arrivée et vous emmènerons à notre propriété.

Planches de surf: Vous pouvez utiliser nos planches de surf autant que vous le souhaitez.

Cours de yoga: Suivez des cours de yoga gratuits chez nous.

Leçons de surf: Prenez des cours de surf gratuits sur les plages locales.

As a Worldpacker, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping us welcome guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, support during breakfast/dinner, and keep the common areas clean and inviting. You’ll also help maintain the friendly, social atmosphere that makes our place special.

We expect you to be responsible, communicative, and proactive — someone who enjoys working with people and can bring good energy while making sure daily tasks get done. In return, we offer a comfortable stay, breakfast, dinner, free time to surf and explore, and a supportive environment where you can meet travelers from around the world.

You’ll be part of a relaxed and respectful community that values cultural exchange, sustainability, and the simple joy of life by the ocean.

Activités et horaires

Welcoming guests and assisting with check-ins and check-outs.

Helping during breakfast service (setting up, restocking, cleaning up).

Making sure common areas (lounge, terrace, kitchen) are tidy and organized.

Chatting with guests, sharing local tips, and keeping the good vibes flowing.
