I loved every second of my time at the hostel would do it again in a heartbeat! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Having a separate volunteer house was really nice to have our own space. The hostel itself is so lovely and the snorkelling and yoga were such a nice added touch!

I had the pleasure of doing a volunteering stay at this hostel, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The working hours were very fair and well organized, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was always delicious – made with care and the perfect way to start the day. The crew was incredibly friendly, always helpful, and open to any questions. I immediately felt welcomed and at ease. The managers were also super kind and supportive. I had a great experience at the hostel in the hostel Trawangan, it's the kind of place that very quickly starts to feel like home. The hostel provides a perfect balance between a social/party vibe and a laid back atmosphere, I very much appreciated that. All the staff and volunteers were great, and the local bar staff were great characters and really created the perfect atmosphere for welcome traveler's. I have no negatives to mention about my stay, everything was well explained before starting my role, and even when I fell ill during my stay I was well accommodated for!

Leaving the hostel has been a hard goodbye 🥹💕My time here has been so special and I will miss this hostel and everyone in it💕 It is a very social hostel with a strong sense of community. From the guests, to the local staff, to the other volunteers, everyone is so cool and fun to be around. I had a lot of fun teaching yoga 🌸 Because it is an activity the hostel offers for free to all guests, there were many people new to yoga. I loved being able to introduce it to so many people:) Overall this has been a great experience the hostel will always have a place in my heart🩷

To volunteer at the hostel on the hostel T means that you will meet wonderfully funny staff, a lot of international travelers and tones of new friends. The people are what makes this place worth volunteering at. The tropical island is a bonus. That being said, the afternoon shift can sometimes be a bit unclear. Especially when there isn't a lot of guests at he hostel during daytime. It's not always clear what you should do in those situations to help and not waste the time of that shift.

My time with the hostel was so fulfilling and I feel that it has truly brought me friends for life. What an amazing community on the hostel, and so much fun to lead enthusiastic guests each day. I was so sad to go at the end, this crew is very special

I was supposed to stay three weeks, but after a week we agreed to extend it to six. The host has been helpful, kind and reliable. This was my first ever volunteering experience, and being here has convinced me to do more of it. My experience in the hostel T has been fantastic and full of wonders, and my host, coworkers and fellow volunteers have been a key reason for it. It's five stars across the board, and I highly recommend that you come here and experience it.

Had a great time volunteering for the hostel. Met so many special people here. The hostel staff are so amazing and the hostel attracts really cool and genuine travellers. The location and hostel itself are also gorgeous. Managers were super accommodating.

I had a great time at the hostel, the staff and other volunteers were so sweet and welcoming <3 I met so many incredible people here! The location is perfect, everything is in walking distance, but you can also rent a bike or scooter. The island is quite small, but it's such a lovely little community. I highly recommend this experience to anyone.

This was my first WorldPackers experience and it's fair to say I had a really great time here. I taught yoga 6 times a week with one day off and my hours were about 4/5 a day. I loved teaching a diverse group of guests and meeting amazing people. The other volunteers that were working with me at the time will be friends for life I'm sure :) Sometimes when there aren't enough volunteers working at one time, you have to step in to work extra hours which can sometimes be quite tiring, but the staff here are so lovely and welcoming and will always listen to any ideas or concerns you might have.

I just want to clarify that we typically have at least 1 extra volunteer on at all times to account for days off, illness, etc. It was unforeseen circumstances when multiple volunteers were sick at once and we requested an extra 30mins from 1 volunteer per day to ensure our tours still got sent off.

It's important that all volunteers are open and flexible to working as a team, and this means occasionally stepping in and helping a little extra when needed.
