The hostel is a great place to spend your volunteering! You feel welcome, it is easy to get to know with the other volunteers and get along, as well as with the guests. Mari, Aris and Kate are super nice and supportive for any request and need. The hostel kitchen has all you need to cook! Moreover, the hostel is awesome and you can easily reach other lovely towns from there

My stay at the hostel was absolutely lovely ! Kate, Aris and Mari were very kind to me and are really trying to create a community by often organizing events and meals, making it possible to meet a lot of international travelers. The work itself was easy, well communicated, and you could even finish earlier if you were done. the hostel is also a gorgeous city and because of the limited working hours, you have the time to explore it and the surrounding English countryside. A big shoutout to the other volunteers who I will miss <3 I recommend volunteering here and wish I had stayed longer !

This was my first volunteer experience and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone I've met. Kate, Aris, and Mari care so much about the hostel and ensuring all volunteers are happy and comfortable. The training is comprehensive and the hours are always fair. the hostel is a beautiful city and there's plenty of free time to explore/take trips. I have made so many friends during my stay and can't wait to come back again!

Kate, Aris, and Mari are thoughtful and wonderful people, it's been an honor to work with those so passionate about community and sustainability. Their commitment to making a positive impact is inspiring. During my time in the hostel, I immersed myself in local nature and experienced the city's unique charm. A highlight was creating events that foster connection, fun, and inclusivity. They say the staff reflects the managers, and the volunteers here are incredible people. I will miss them greatly, and I've left with an enriching experience to cherish.

I had the best volunteering experience at the hostel. The reception shift is only three times a week, allowing me to enjoy the rest of my time in the hostel while balancing my remote work. The hostel owners and the manager are wonderful people. I met and connected with amazing people from all over the world. I highly recommend this place without a doubt.

The hostel is such a special place! The owners and other volunteers make you feel so welcome, and it's obvious from the beginning how much value this hostel places on a community feel. The work is very manageable, schedule is flexible, and it's a great balance between having a social life, work responsibilities, and time to explore the area. I feel so lucky to have participated in this exchange & would recommend it to anyone interested. Take care of my plants while i'm away :')

This was the best experience of my life! I fell in love with the hostel, I fell in love with the hostel, and every moment I lived here will be eternal in my memories. A place that respects you and truly cares about how you feel. I have nothing but praise for Aris and Kate, who were always concerned about how the volunteers felt. And Mari—she is the best hostel manager in the world! I was lucky to meet her. I carry all of you in my heart. I felt at home, and I truly feel like I can call you family. Thank you! What can i say? the hostel stands out as one of the most enriching environments I could have while traveling. The job is to connect with people every day, people who carry millions of stories, showing glimpses of a world you're slowly deciphering. Kate and Aris have built this place into a little home, deeply involved in the hostel's activities. Even with clear tasks, you never feel alone, surrounded by people willing to help. The sense of community, comfort, and unique rhythm make it the best volunteer experience I've had, a place I'd return to as a volunteer or guest. A safe place 💖
