La experiencia en general estuvo bien. Me fui antes del voluntariado porque sentía que no estaba aprendiendo nada nuevo. Además, la rutina cotidiana no me permitía interactuar demasiado con la gente local o los huéspedes. Mi habitación era cómoda, pero algunas cosas no funcionaban, lo cual fue un inconveniente para solucionar la comida del medio día. A pesar de eso, el anfitrión y su compañera fueron siempre muy amables y estaban siempre disponibles para los voluntarios, al igual que el resto del equipo.

Besides getting to work with other amazing volunteers from different parts of the world, unfortunately I felt that this project it not a volunteering work where you go to help the host and learn something from it. This project is a normal job where you are pressured to work hard on the Hotel kitchen as and waitress/cleaner, don't get paid for it and can't make any complain to the host, otherwise they ask you to leave (that is what happened to me). Also, the facilities aren't all available as promised in the ad, like laundry for free, so I ended up spending more money that I've planed.

Como muitos já disseram, o host Alberto é o grande destaque! Sempre animado e generoso, nos incluía nas saídas e até pagava nossos drinks haha o hotel é pequena e tranquila,ótima pra quem quer calma,mas perto de Milano,unindo o melhor dos dois mundos,só fique atento ao transporte que ao finais de semana pode ter limitação. Nossa suíte é boa,mas o wifi pode melhorar (Albertooo,melhora o wifi kkk).Ter academia foi um plus! O trabalho na maioria das vezes é no café O irmão do Alberto,Ricardo,é um fofo e invencível no Uno😂 Minha roomate era muito legal, foi uma experiência cheia de memórias boas!

I came to this experience not knowing what to expect and was completely positively surprised by how nice it was. I worked in the breakfast doing everything related to this and more depending on the day. In some day there will be a lot of work but it is all manageable as the staff is supportive and the boss incentivizes the team. You do your work well and you'll find a friend in Alberto as he is VERY generous to his volunteers. He understands the true purpose of worldpackers and he likes to make sure his volunteers are having fun and feeling well during their staying in the hotel. Grazie Capo🫡

My experience with the hotel couldn't be better. At first I wasn't sure if I was going to like it but Alberto (the host) really care about his volunteers and really understands the meaning of what worldpackers is, he understands it is and exchange so if you work well the agreed hours he will be very generous and will become a good friend. He was very organized and I could plan my day after finishing working hours. I helped in the breakfast and everything related to it basically. The room I stayed with my sister was very cool people and would love to come back. Grazie Capo, Capo❤️‍🔥🍝🫡

La estadia en el Hotel es exactamente lo que se muestra. Si tenes ganas de divertirte y conocer gente es la experiencia ideal, además son muy flexibles con los días y horarios. La comida a la noche es muy buena y el desayuno es el de los clientes del hotel. Recomiendo mucho la experiencia

Si estas buscando una nueva experiencia, una nueva aventura, este es el lugar! Este fue mi primer voluntariado y tenia mil dudas sobre cual elegir. Hoy puedo decir que no me equivoque ni un poco,desde el primer momento en que llegue me senti bienvenida. Alberto es una persona muy agradable y atenta, pero sobre todo muy generosa, siempre dispuesto a ayudar o dar una mano. Del hotel me llevo eso, todas las personas que conoci, el personal de trabajo, mis propios compañeros y todos los que hicieron que mi estadia alli sea la mejor! Gracias por todo!♥️

Muchas gracias Alberto por recibirme fue una linda experiencia! Perfecto lugar para practicar italiano y relajarse en las horas libres. El trabajo es intenso pero se respetan mucho los horarios y recibes mucho apoyo. Importante tener en cuenta que el lugar no queda en el centro de Milano por lo que debes tomar bus y luego tren si tienen planeado estar viajando por Italia 🙈 El lugar donde dormimos es muy cómodo y la comida que preparan es deliciosa, se sintió como un hogar 💕

Mi experiencia aquí fue muy linda. Alberto siempre fue muy amable, divertido jaja, y paciente conmigo. Aprendí muchísimas cosas sobre Italia, el trabajo, entre otras muchas cosas. El hotel es bastante bonito, hay fiesta en la piscina y las áreas de verdad que están muy bien. En cuestión del trabajo son 5hrs y las tareas son sencillas, no complicadas:) Muchas gracias por brindarme esta oportunidad y extrañaré estar por aquí:)!!
