Para mulheres o trabalho é no café da manhã, limpar mesas, lavar louça, repor as comidas, fazer café na máquina, depois recolher toda a comida, limpar todas as mesas, passar aspirador de pó em toda recepção e você também terá que varrer bituca de cigarro do lado de fora do hotel. Dependo do movimento o trabalho pode acabar sendo bem pesado. A acomodação é dividida com mais uma pessoa, e no quarto que fiquei (feminino) é onde tem a cozinha, então os outros voluntários usam também. Para ir para o centro de Milano leva cerca de 1h. Para mais detalhes só entrar em contato comigo, não cabe mais.

Super recomendado este voluntariado, se cumple con lo compactado, es agradable, la comida es muy buena, los trabajos que debes de hacer son muy importantes así que ve con buena actitud. Tienes bicicletas a tu disposición, es fácil llegar al centro de Milán, Alberto se preocupa porque la pases bien. Volveré.

La experiencia que tuve en el hotel fue breve, pero debo decir que Alberto es muy buena persona, los horarios y condiciones se cumple perfectamente. Y el ambiente en todo el hotel es bueno, a demas de que estás cerca de milan para conocer la ciudad. Lo recomiendo.

O trabalho no hotel é de fácil execução, não entendam isso como leveza, durante as 5hs vc realmente irá trabalhar, não tem descanso dentro das horas estabelecidas, o que é justo, no entanto, todo o trabalho é recompensado, alojamento incrível, psicina disponível, a comida da Saída é um manjar dos Deuses, e se vc cumpre o combinado, terá uma experiência ímpar. O Albi é um cara incrível, indescritível e flexível. Próximo verão, estarei de volta.

Was an honour to be the first volunteer at the Hotel, for sure was my best experience in Europe. They all have a special place in my heart and I would like to say thank you for having me. I used to work 5 hours from 6am till 11am in the breakfast area, cleaning tables, washing dishes and preparing hot drinks. Two days off are enough to know cities around. They give to the volunteers 2 meals and both are really great food. Volunteers can use the pool on the week days and enjoy the parties for free. I had a really great time in here, I'll miss it.

The experience at the hotel is more than excellent, it is a top quality volunteer. Alberto is a very nice guy, cool, partner and fun. The hotel is huge, in the morning at the hotel breakfast you can grab everything you want, and the hotel cooks cook very delicious typical foods. If you want to party, there's a lot! You are 15 minutes by train from the center of Milan, and they give you bikes to be able to move around the city, the treatment is friendly and if you want to make extra money you also have the option to do it. If you are hesitating between going or not, definitely do it!

My experience at the hotel was very good!! I met other volunteers with whom I shared different ideas and new experiences, I learned to work as a team with people of different ages and nationalities with whom I could practice English, Italian and Spanish. Although sometimes the work was a little intense, the work schedules and days off were respected. The rooms available to the volunteers were comfortable and well equipped. Our host was very attentive to maintaining a respectful and fun relationship between the volunteers, people locals and members of the hotel staff

Mi estadía en el hotel fue bastante positiva! Alberto, el anfitrión, es muy preocupado de los voluntarios. Existen distintas tareas en las que puedes ayudar, dependiendo de lo que necesita el hotel y cuantos voluntarios tienen, así que recomiendo ser flexibles en este sentido. Aunque diga que se pueden comunicar en español o inglés, les recomiendo al menos entender unas palabras básicas de italiano porque hay días en que trabajas solo con personas que hablan italiano. Mantengan en mente que se va a ser parte de un equipo de trabajo en un hotel, no se va de vacaciones.

5 hr/day isn't technically too much, but the work is hard, and the there were days I was expected to do the work alone that usually 2+ other people helped with. A day could include cleaning by the pool, washing the bathrooms, working breakfast and cleaning/washing all the floors. Maybe because a lot of staff was on vacation. There are parties and Alberto takes you out and is always sweet. Room is nice, shared with other person, but ac drips all day. Only 2 bikes for up to 4 volunteers and train is far. Meals were inconsistent at first, but communication got better. Overall, needs improving.
