What a place... U dont really need the electricity. Food is vegeterian but u have a day or two off to meet your meat needs. Staff is down to earth and u can get everything sorted without needless issues. The animal experience tops anything u have ever done - if u can survive tge jungle then try it. U arent a guest - u are part of the animal pack. Mosquitoes, humidity, bees flying in your ears, rain, slippery slopes, mud, rashes, bites ... its normal here. 4 weeks went like a breeze

Michael stayed with us for about a month and was a real pleasure to host. He is kind, respectful, and very hardworking. He showed great commitment, adapted quickly to jungle life, and always helped with a positive attitude.
Juanito and the team agree that Michael was excellent , proactive, and supportive. We truly appreciate his contribution and would gladly recommend him to future hosts. Michael is always welcome back.

Had an amazing time volunteering here. I loved spending times with all the animals, especially the baby monkeys. The team are very passionate about supporting the monkeys and other animals. The living conditions are as you would expect in the jungle without access to electricity but I think this adds to the experience! I think there could be better briefing and clearer communication on how to interact with the monkeys because after all they are wild animals. Sometimes there are different instructions given by each member of the team which can be confusing. Over all would recommend :)

Une expérience forte et enrichissante bien qu'intense. On y découvre une méthode de réintroduction des animaux unique en Bolivie. Les installations permettent un bon confort dans la jungle amazonienne. On y rencontre locaux de la communauté et voyageur.euses internationaux, l'ambiance est folle et les liens tissés sont forts. Mention spéciale à l'équipe des volontaires long terme qui nous accueillent avec une énergie folle et une grande bienveillance! On recommande fortement d'y passer plus que 2 semaines.

Even though it was definitely not easy at all times (mainly due to many mosquitoes and being in the jungle), i very much enjoyed my time at the project. the other people were great and every single one of them was amazingly friendly and helpful, also the staff was lovely. obviously the monkeys were amazing to be around, and it was an amazing experience learning so much about them and their behaviour in the wild. i was very lucky that i was able to work with so many species, this was definitely something that made my stay even more interesting! food of course was amazing as well!

Fue mi primer voluntariado y la experiencia fue perfecta. Tota la gente que trabaja es genial, siempre con una sonrisa, enseñando todo respecto a la fauna con la que trabajamos, la comunidad y creando un buen clima para sentirte como en casa. Estuve dos semanas y se me pasaron muy rápido, el sitio es hermoso, echaré de menos la energía y la tranquilidad que se respira allí. Gracias por todo Juana y otros (trabajadores/as y voluntarios/as) 💖

El proyeto ofrece una experiencia difícil de comparar. Al principio el trabajo es duro y a veces no entiendes el por qué se hacen algunas cosas, sin embargo, con unos tres o cuatros días ya eres capaz de adaptarte. Me dediqué principalmente a los turnos con capuchinos y ha sido gratificante el ver cómo da poco van recuperando su autonomía. El personal es muy amigable y están dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites y los voluntarios que comparten contigo los espacios son gente muy linda. Definitivamente recomendaría el voluntariado a cualquiera que ame los animales!

I have absolutely no words to describe my stay at the project. The original plan was to spend 2 weeks there, but I am now at 4 weeks (and counting!), and many of my fellow volunteers have done the same. The animals, the people, and the tech-free environment have made this place into a true home away from home. The work is hard and the conditions are very rustic, but if you love animals and you are keen to get of the grid and meet some amazing people, I would 1000% recommend this experience to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much to everyone who has made my experience unforgettable! <3

La experiencia en el proyeto fue increíble. Todos muy atentos, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y enseñar. Además de convivir con voluntarios de muchos países diferentes, lo que hizo todo aún más especial.May, la cocinera, prepara el almuerzo todos los días y es una delicia. Muy amable, generosa y siempre con buena energía. El ambiente del proyecto es muy bonito, con personas realmente comprometidas 💖 Trabajé con los baby's menos y fue hermoso observar su comportamiento tan inteligentes. Es muy importante recordar siempre lavarse bien las manos y higienizar los utensilios de cocina.

This experience was life changing, we had so much fun thanks to the people as well as the amazing monkeys and animals. We learnt so much about the environment as well as ourselves, we feel very privileged to have been able to take part in this opportunity. It is very tough and took us well outside of our comfort zone , the work, the living conditions and being off grid but overall it was completely worth it. Thank you the project!

Estar en el proyeto fue toda una locura, es algo que no puedes hacer en casi ningun otro lugar, conectar con la amazonia, estar con los animales, tanto del centro como los salvajes, ademas de compartir muy buenos momentos con todo el personal y con todos los otros voluntarios. para la gente que este buscando vivir una muy grata experiencia, conociendo la vida en el amazonas y conocer a muchas mas personas, estoy 100% de que les gustara.
