I had a great experience in the hostel! The team is great, the bedroom was comfortable, the working ours were respected and I had plenty of time to visit London. And the location is great, so I could do many things by walking. Also, the food in the new mansion is really delicious. Thanks for everything, jacob! I've made true friends in my time in the hostel!

The hostel is great, Jacob and the whole the hostel Team were great and really present, at the end of my experience I really felt that I engaged with the whole staff. They are really flexible with the schedules and they delivered exactly what they promised in their presentation. The chores are simple and don't take a lot of time. As my first volunteer experience I am pretty satisfied. -- En the hostel tuve una excelente experiencia, tanto Jacob como todo el staff de the hostel fueron muy amables e hicieron de mí experiencia una muy fructífera. al final de esta de verdad se sintió una buena conexión.

The experience is as described, the hostel is super well located. My only points of improvement would be the two meals that are actually in another hostel, 30 minutes away, and that due to working hours you can only really go to dinner, and it can be really tricky walk when it's raining or snowing. But I really enjoyed it a lot, I met really amazing people.

If you want to stay in central London and enjoy the main tourist attractions, this is the place for you. The work is not difficult, most of it is cleaning and you will be well guided on what to do. A not so positive point is in relation to food because you need to go to another hostel (almost 6 kilometers, round trip) to do it and this ends up taking time. But overall it's a good experience and hours are respected.

I recommend for who wants to spend some time in London not paying for accommodation, it's not a sociable hostel with a room for guests but I meet nice people.

Excelente experiencia. El edificio es muy viejo y no esta en el mejor estado, pero tampoco esta mal. Otro punto a tener en cuenta es la comida, ya que queda bastante lejos (unos 40 minutos caminando si el parque esta cerrado) porque esta en otra sede del hostel, New Mansion. La comida esta muy bien y bastante variada. Ademas, hay un bono de 16 libras por semana en un supermercado que si haces una compra inteligente podes comprar muchisimas cosas. El trabajo es facil, aunque repetitivo y fisico. Por ultimo, el manager es genial, aunque la persona que se encarga de limpieza es un poco pesado.

I had a good experience at the hostel hotel. Jacob, the manager is always willing to help you and even when the buildings themselves don't have a good infrastructure I met a lot of new kind and friendly people there.

I spent four weeks at the hostel and I can say that it was a lovely experience, I helped with cleaning the kitchens and had two days off during the week. Jacob is great at organizing and guiding tasks. The hostel is well located, which allows you to explore London in your free time.

The hostel was definitely the best experience I have ever had. The staff is great and multi-diverse. There are many benefits to volunteering here and the excellent location in the city. Jacob and the hostel staff are very flexible, friendly and warm.

O hostel fica bem localizado, se você ta na vibe de conhece Londres, vai ser super ótimo pq vc tem mtas coisas perto de vc! Jacob é super atencioso,ele me ajudou antes mesmo de chegar no hostel, trabalho em si para mim foi algo mto tranquilo de se fazer, se vc ta afim de conhece Londres e ta procurando algum lugar para ficar,o hostel é uma ótima opção para vc
